The Khong & Jaafar Group initially established in 1965 by Mr Khong Chia Soon and Encik Jaafar Wazir, both of whom have since retired, comprises two private limited companies namely, Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd and Khong & Jaafar (Real Estate) Sdn Bhd.

Khong & Jaafar Sdn Bhd is the main company in the Group and all property valuations, property management, property consultancy and market and feasibility studies are undertaken under this company.

Khong & Jaafar (Real Estate) Sdn Bhd is solely involved in the practice of estate agency i.e. the acting as agents for the buying, selling or letting of properties for principals.

At present the Group is managed by the two main shareholders, i.e. Elvin Fernandez and Rozina binti Shafiei who are assisted by the following:- 

1.	Penang branch	-	Chan Tat Jin – Branch Manager
2.	Ipoh branch	-	Chee Soo Fong – Branch Manager
3.	Shah Alam branch	-	Nagalingam Thandavan – Branch Manager

The current shareholding of the directors/shareholders is as follows:-

The management of the Group is complemented by a total staff strength of about 90 made up as follows:-
