Khong & Jaafar stands ready to act for any party involved in a dispute and this could be arbitration, mediation and adjudication. Khong & Jaafar do also act as an expert determinator and in this role, the dispute on a value or rental dispute or in any other property related dispute within the professional competence of Khong & Jaafar is referred for an expert determination. We will study the matter and provide a professional opinion, which opinion ought to prevail, even if appealed against in a court of law.
