The
Company carries out, on a continuous basis, research
into the state of the property market. In doing this
research the Company looks at broad trends in the
economy as it affects the Malaysian Property Market,
the various sectors of the market area and undertakes
financial models to understand and explain the market.
Clients of the Company
may also request for presentations on the market
either at the Company’s office or at the
client’s office. The presentation will
be provided using computer generated images,
charts and tables.
