Khong & Jaafar stands ready to act as a representative for a particular lessee or tenant who may want, for that particular lessee or tenant, to entrust Khong & Jaafar with managing their space requests. Our professional work and expertise would include determining the space required and finding the space in accordance to the client's specifications and negotiating rents and terms and conditions of the lease or tenancy, and thereafter our expertise could include acting on behalf of the Tenant or Lessee, in all aspects of the management of the Tenancy or Lease.
